Lily Cottage is one of three splendid terraced stone-built barn conversions in a pleasant courtyard location, close to the little village of Caeathro. Situated on a 30 acre smallholding on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this wonderful Wales cottage provides welcoming and well-equipped accommodation all on one floor including a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and an open plan living area with handmade pine kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The cottage has its own private patio, and a shared courtyard area and games room. Lily Cottage has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is a wonderful location for touring the stunning scenery and beautiful beaches of Snowdonia, the Lleyn Peninsula and the Isle of Anglesey.
Accommodation
LPG central heating. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine & tumble dryer in owner's reception room, available at a small charge, dishwasher, wall-mounted combi TV/DVD. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Shared games room including pool table & darts, with adjoining area for outdoor clothes, boots etc. Cot & highchair by prior arrangement. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Shared front courtyard area, own rear patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 12 mins walk. |
